It targets public school educators involved in values education and counseling services and other development professionals. This program is part of PCPD’s ongoing initiative to improve the teaching capacities of educators involved in teaching population and development and human sexuality and responsible parenthood in their respective schools. Likewise, this scholarship program aims to address the scarcity of trained demographers and economists in the country and those who cannot afford to pursue full-time graduate studies in Population Studies, Demography or Economics.
